Stream C
Outdoors, seated, and repeated in all three afternoon sessions.
Embark on a journey of inner harmony with our Sound Healing Experience. Immerse yourself in the therapeutic vibrations of carefully curated sounds, designed to rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit.
Let go of stress as the melodies wash over you, promoting a sense of peace and tranquility. Discover the power of sound to realign your energy and instill a profound sense of well-being.

Stream D
Outdoors on the Mindful Path, and repeated in all three sessions.
Step into nature and let your body and mind slow down. This guided practice combines walking and sitting meditation along the Mindful Path — breathing with attention and compassion.
There is no pace to keep, and nowhere to arrive. Let the trees, the wind, and the earth guide you back to inner stillness, as you open your senses to the healing power of nature.

Stream E
Guided in small groups and repeated in all three sessions.
This is a museum journey co-curated with Harvard's FAS CAMLab — a new collaboration that translates precious Buddhist artefacts into an immersive, projection-mapped experience.
Rather than simply viewing heritage from a distance, audiences are invited to step inside it, encountering ancient wisdom through contemporary technology.
Stream F
Two experiences under one stream, repeated in all three afternoon sessions.
With every stamp collected along the Ten Great Vows trail, feel yourself drawn deeper into reflection — each milestone a doorway into the wisdom these vows hold. And that's just the beginning — more surprises await around every corner.
Then step into something extraordinary: watch a drone rise and dance in the air, guided not by hand, but by the stillness of your own mind. Your mindfulness, made visible in flight.
